Why we love ‘Golden Boy’ promotions
Golden Boy Promotions is one of the world’s biggest producers of sports apparel.
But the company has been making the rounds on the Internet to promote the product.
The company is promoting a line of men’s jackets and underwear in an effort to boost its business in the Asian market, a market that it sees as growing rapidly.
Golden Boy Promotional, which is owned by the Dubai-based company Adidas, is selling a line called Golden Boy Men’s.
In its marketing materials, the brand says the jackets and panties are made from the finest fabrics, and that they are “made with only the finest ingredients, from the highest quality materials and the highest-quality materials” in the world.
“It is a true statement of quality, as well as being a stylish, premium product for men,” the company said in a press release.
Adidas is one a number of companies that have come under fire for making questionable claims about their products.
According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Nike has made the controversial claim that its Flyknit socks are made with recycled materials.
A similar controversy broke out in February over the use of recycled cotton for shoes.
The U.K.-based company said it would discontinue its use of cotton in its footwear and said it had “learned lessons from the debacle.”
